INTERNET SALES: You may return or exchange any merchandise within 7 days after you receive it, except personalized and custom-ordered items. All orders will include a Packing Slip indicating contents of the order. Please call us to make an arrangement. Some items are subject to a 15% restocking charge and all refunds will be subject to an initial processing charge. IN STORE RETURN POLICY: Merchandise can be returned for Store Credit within 7 days of purchase providing the Merchandise is in Saleable Condition. Pierced Jewelry is NOT returnable according to the Health. Sale iand discounted items are a final sale.. All special order items are a final sale. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable. Please ship your return packages prepaid and insured. |

| all merchandise is shipped with insurance. damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receiving. if you receive merchandise that has been damaged during shipping please save the box and packing and we will issue a claim on your behalf. we will replace your product as quickly as possible to the best of our ablity. each situation will be handled individually. thank you. |
