2. RETURN POLICY
INTERNET SALES: You may return or exchange any merchandise within 7 days after you receive it, except personalized and custom-ordered items. All orders will include a Packing Slip indicating contents of the order. Please call us to make an arrangement. Some items are subject to a 15% restocking charge and all refunds will be subject to an initial processing charge.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY: Merchandise can be returned for Store Credit within 7 days of purchase providing the Merchandise is in Saleable Condition. Pierced Jewelry is NOT returnable according to the Health. Sale iand discounted items are a final sale.. All special order items are a final sale.

Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
Please ship your return packages prepaid and insured.
3. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
all merchandise is shipped with insurance. damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receiving. if you receive merchandise that has been damaged during shipping please save the box and packing and we will issue a claim on your behalf. we will replace your product as quickly as possible to the best of our ablity. each situation will be handled individually. thank you.

if you have placed an order and you need to change your request, please call us at 508-370-0990. we will do our best to accommodate you providing it has not been processed. any changes may affect the overall processing time of your order.
