INTERNET transactions may be returned or exchanged within 7 days post receipt of merchandise. All orders include a Packing Slip or invoice indicating contents of the order. Please call us for a return aurthorization number. Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any additional charges will be assessed on a case to case basis. Pierced jewelry, personalized, special order, ON SALE or Reduced merchandise is considered a final sale and is not returnable. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable. Please ship your return packages prepaid and insured. IN STORE RETURN POLICY: Merchandise can be returned for Store Credit within 7 days of purchase providing the Merchandise is in Saleable Condition Pierced jewelry, personalized, special order, ON SALE or Reduced merchandise is considered a final sale and is not returnable.
