All merchandise is shipped with insurance. Any damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receiving. If you receive merchandise that has been damaged during shipping please save the box and packing and we will issue a claim on your behalf. We will replace your product as quickly as possible to the best of our ability. Each damaged merchandise case will be handled on a case to case basis.
